La ciudad natal del maestro del claroscuro (1571-1610) rinde homenaje a uno de los artistas que revolucionaron la pintura con su fuerza pict\u00f3rica y su creatividad. A trav\u00e9s de 20 obras, todas acompa\u00f1adas por una animaci\u00f3n multimedia, se indagan sus trazos, sus ideas y arrepentimientos. Entre las pinturas exhibidas, muchas provenientes de importantes museos tanto de Italia como del exterior, figura <em>La Sagrada Familia con san Juan Bautista<\/em>, prestada por el Museo Metropolitano de Arte de Nueva York, <em>Salom\u00e9 con la cabeza de san Juan Bautista<\/em> de la National Gallery de Londres, y <em>Marta&nbsp;y Mar\u00eda Magdalena<\/em> del Instituto de Arte de Detroit. \u00abEs una exposici\u00f3n particular porque no solo ofrece al p\u00fablico 20 obras maestras de Caravaggio, algo excepcional para un icono del arte, sino que permite entrar en la mente del artista, un viaje a su creatividad\u00bb, sostiene la comisaria, Rossella Vodret.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"590\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aparences.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/caravage-marthe-et-marie-madeleine.jpg\" alt=\"Marta y Mar\u00eda Magdalena, 1598, Caravaggio, Detroit Institute of Arts\" class=\"wp-image-17988\" title=\"Marta y Mar\u00eda Magdalena, 1598, Caravaggio, Detroit Institute of Arts\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.aparences.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/caravage-marthe-et-marie-madeleine.jpg 590w, https:\/\/www.aparences.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/caravage-marthe-et-marie-madeleine-300x219.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 590px) 100vw, 590px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em><strong>Marta y Mar\u00eda Magdalena<\/strong>, 1598, <strong>Caravaggio<\/strong> (Detroit Institute of Arts)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Los rayos X e infrarrojos muestran los cambios que ha hecho el pintor, sus ajustes y modificaciones. Es \u00abuna serie de im\u00e1genes ocultas, de elementos que hab\u00eda introducido en sus composiciones y que, por diversas razones ya no le complac\u00edan y que \u00e9l quitaba\u00bb, explica la experta. En la pintura <em>San Juan Bautista<\/em>, exhibida habitualmente en el Palacio Corsini de Roma, que muestra a un joven sentado gir\u00e1ndose hacia su derecha, \u00abno entend\u00edamos por qu\u00e9 ten\u00eda esta posici\u00f3n. Con las radiograf\u00edas hemos descubierto que se volv\u00eda hacia su s\u00edmbolo iconogr\u00e1fico, el cordero, pero que el artista finalmente decidi\u00f3 esconder, mientras que en <em>San Jer\u00f3nimo penitente<\/em>, que se conserva en la Abad\u00eda de Montserrat de Barcelona, es la pierna derecha del anciano que estaba cubierta con m\u00e1s tela\u00bb se\u00f1ala la Sra. Vodret. La exposici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n tiene la intenci\u00f3n de contar desde una nueva perspectiva los a\u00f1os en que la producci\u00f3n art\u00edstica de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aparences.net\/es\/periodos\/pintura-barroca\/caravaggio-y-el-caravaggismo\/\">Caravaggio<\/a> fue extraordinaria, menos de 15 a\u00f1os que revolucionaron la pintura. Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por los Archivos de Roma, la cronolog\u00eda de sus primeras obras es diferente. Si bien se cre\u00eda que Caravaggio hab\u00eda llegado a Roma en 1592, los primeros testimonios de su presencia datan de 1596.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav\u00e9s los
